The all new 28 Riedell Bronze Medallion figure skate offers comfort, strength and light weight performance for the beginning instructional skater. Its low profile design, added strength and supple comfort lining makes this boot the industry choice for all first time instructional skaters.

Comes standard with a Sapphire basic figure skating blade. Blade upgrades are available. We generally recommend that this skate be matched with a Wilson Excel or better. Blade upgrade options include:

Suitable with standard blades for ISI Beta through Freestyle 2, USFSA Basic 1 through Freestyle 2 and Skate Canada Preliminary Freestyle and Preliminary Dance through Jr. Bronze Freestyle and Dance. Blade upgrades will support higher instructional/test levels. See our Skate Selector for details.

Order 1/2 size smaller than dress shoe size for tight, "competitive" fit. Order dress shoe size for "comfort" fit.

These skates are sold as complete packages and are returnable for size as long as the are unused, the blades have not been re-sharpened (unless by us) and skates are returned in "new" condition in original packaging.

These skates are shipped with a factory edge. Performance will be improved by sharpening with sharpening. Choose the sharpening option below to have us sharpen your skates. "Grade One" blades (Jubilee or better) do not require, but will be improved by sharpening.
